I was Twitting around on Twitter, which I'm addicted to now by the way, and I came across a article on Cnet about a company called Glassdoor. It was discussing how they just received another 6.5 Million in VC funds, so I wanted to check it out. At first I thought the name was cool as well, so I guess that's what got my attention as well.
It turns out that the Company is a way for everyday people, employees at companies to post insider information about the inner working, such as Salaries, Management, Work Environment, the CEO, etc. I thought that was an ingenious idea, it's about time a company was started for this..
Well you can check it out for yourself and maybe see if your company is on there as well, maybe even post a thing or two if it's not.
